How can I place an order?

Choose your preferred product and add it to your shopping cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your contact and shipping information, and select an available payment method.

If you have a valid discount code, apply it before paying. Review your items, contact details, shipping address, and order total, then complete your purchase. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

How do I manage items in my cart?

Open your shopping cart to review your selected items. Before checkout, you can adjust quantities, remove unwanted items, or continue browsing to add something else. Check your final selection before placing your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After you complete your purchase, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Still can’t find it? Email service@bexandor.com for assistance.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please email service@bexandor.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to request. Changes can only be requested before your order enters processing. Once it has been processed or prepared for shipment, modifications may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests may be submitted before your order enters processing. Once fulfillment or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be available. Contact service@bexandor.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

Please refer to the payment options displayed at checkout for the methods available for your purchase. Select your preferred available option and follow the instructions to complete payment.

How does PayPal checkout work?

If PayPal is displayed as an available payment option, select it and follow the on-screen instructions to review and authorize your payment. After completing the payment steps, return to bexandor to check your order confirmation.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your valid code in the discount field at checkout, where available, and apply it. Check that the discount appears in your order summary before completing payment. Your order must meet the offer’s eligibility requirements.

Is checkout secure?

Complete payment through the checkout provided on our website. For your own security, please do not email your full card number, card security code, account password, or payment verification codes. If you have a concern about a payment request, contact us before proceeding.

What if my order contains incorrect, damaged, or missing items?

Contact service@bexandor.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos of the items or packaging you received, where applicable. After reviewing the information, our team will work with you on an appropriate solution.
